I've never written a negative review, but they don't seem to care either way. They haven't fixed our gates, so they are permanently open, I have seen many homeless people dig through our trash with grocery baskets and it's really frustrating when you pay such high rent and can't have basic things like a mail key and a gate fixed - things they are built into our lease.
Not having access to your mail to pay your bills is a huge finacial burden. I have no access of getting my mail, which is included in our lease agreement, I've talked to them many times each response with “it'll be handled this week” or “I will issue a work order.” and it has now been nearly 9 weeks of living here with no importance of fixing a mail key. I've gone to the office many time around 4 PM and they've been closed early - they are supposed to close at 6. They don't return phone calls or emails, and for about a month you couldn't even leave a voicemail on the phone. Since then however, I have been trying to get a mail key and a gate remote and have had no success. I let it go because they rec ently took over and it seemed like the fault of previous management. When I moved in 2 months ago, they lost my lease and had rented my signed lease apartment to someone else and had to last minute rush move me in. It's a shame because the apartments themselves are really cute inside, however this is by far the worst and disorganized property management I have ever dealt with. In response to justices' questions about a crowded court docket delaying trials in Hinds County, Johnson said legislators could create new positions for elected judges. Tate Reeves were usurping local autonomy in Jackson and Hinds County, which are both majority-Black and governed by Democrats. Opponents of the new law said the majority-white and Republican-controlled Legislature and Republican Gov. Supporters said they were trying to improve safety in the city of about 150,000 residents, which has had more than 100 homicides in each of the past three years. Legislators voted this year to expand the territory of the state-run Capitol Police department in Jackson, to create the new court and to authorize the appointed circuit judges in Hinds County. The three Jackson residents sued Randolph and two other officials, and Randolph recused himself from hearing arguments Thursday.Īlthough race has been a big part of legislative and public debate about the law, it was not a central issue during the courtroom arguments Thursday.
